I ordered this to replace my other brake cable and housing that had split on the ends also because it matches my white shifter cable housing. Overall it was pretty darn cheap and works very well. However, you will need housing cutting tools as it is extremely long and to cut the end piece off if you have a road bike in order to loop it through the breaks.
