(Health and Beauty) I have never used any Gold Bond products before, but this product performed exactly as advertised. I started using this when I was deployed to Afghanistan and at that altitude, the air was exceedingly dry. Plus, we had to wear boots fourteen or more hours a day, so our feet did not get to 'breathe' except at night. After about a month over there, my feet developed blisters and cracking under my toes and on the soles. There were hard scaly areas around the edges of the bottoms of both feet. It got so bad, my feet started bleeding in the evenings while I was sleeping. I would wake up and my feet would be stuck to the sheets where they had bled and the blood dried to the sheet. I used Gold Bond foot cream for the first time the same evening the product arrived and they immediately felt soothed and less painful. By the next morning, the cracked skin had healed and there was no pain. After a few days, the skin on my feet felt as soft and flexible as my face. I now use the product nightly...
