Packaging has everything you need. No mixing chemicals or cutting sheets of plastic. The boots already have the gel in them. Just put them on and sit around for 2 hours. The boots are made of a fairly strong plastic so you can walk if you need to (but I'd keep it to a minimum.) There were no spills and clean up was simple. No strong odors and no burning sensations.I had exceptionally thick calluses on one heal from wearing only open heal shoes for 10 years. (The podiatrist would use a Dremel to remove part of the callus-really.) One application of Baby Foot simply wasn't enough to remove everything. However, my feet are considerably better a few weeks after application and switching to a closed heal shoe. It is very important to keep your feet moisturized before and after the application. I received my order and I read the print on the back of the box. I seen it contained several different kinds of acid. I have really sensitive skin so I was a little scared at first but decided to give a go. I carefully cut the tops off the booites trying not to get the gel all over then I noticed the booties didn't seem that big. I wear a US women size 9. I was able to get the bootie on but I will warn you if you wear a size 10 they may not fit. I intended not to walk around for 2 hours but my cat decided to get in a fight with another cat, ie I did quite a bit of walking and the booties never tore. The paper liner with gel tore some but not the plastic bootie. I only noticed a slight tingle, no pain no burning while wearing the booites.
