This is a great scrub for your foot, because it isn't too harsh and leaves just the right cool fresh feeling that I love on my feet. I was always pleasantly surprised to see how far an 8-ounce bottle went for me. You don't need a lot, and I don't use it everyday, so it lasts a few months at least.
