First off I noticed right away, the use of the color "cherry" is a stretch at best, it's an odd color, but certainly not cherry.Second, the quality control on this is terrible. It comes unbranded, which should be the first give away, there's no one to talk to if a part is missing or it has serious issues like mine. I'm aware that most diy desk kits are cheap materials, but this one is by far the worst one I've ever owned. The drill holes were double drilled, caused the holes to be way too big. The washers included are nearly the same size as the bolts, essentially providing nothing in terms of support. There isn't enough glue for half of the wooden dowels, much less the whole desk. Grab some wood glue before you start. After I worked my way through the various quirks of the issues with this desk, I tried to put the drawer in. Wouldn't go, no matter which way I angled it or how hard I pushed...
