How to use Foot Joy:
1. Cut the top of Foot Joy to open up
2. Wear the Foot Joy on both feet. Use tape to secure Foot Joy on or wear an extra layer of socks on top. Wear Foot Joy for 90 minutes to allow the gel to be absorbed into the sole.

It was pretty easy to use. I just wore the foot pack on for little less than 2 hours and washed it off. I had a socks on to make the foot pack tight on. after about 3 days it started to peel on my sole and it gradually increased and my whole feet got peeled off without getting hurt at all! I loved it because there was no pain and I got my feet like my nieces baby foot!!! Everyone should try it! Recommended!!!
